Hadith 1:
Actions are judged by intentions.

إِنَّمَا الأَعْمَالُ بِالنِّيَّاتِ، وَإِنَّمَا لِكُلِّ امْرِئٍ مَا نَوَى
Hadith 2:
The Prophet Muhammad! said: “Faith (Iman) consists of more than seventy branches (or sixty-odd), the highest of which is declaring La Ilaha Illallah (None has the right to be worshipped but Allah),and the lowest is removing harmful objects from the road.

الإِيمَانُ بِضْعٌ وَسَبْعُونَ – أَوْ: بِضْعٌ وَسِتُّونَ – شُعْبَةً، فَأَفْضَلُهَا قَوْلُ: لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ، وَأَدْنَاهَا إِمَاطَةُ الأَذَى عَنِ الطَّرِيقِ، وَالحَيَاءُ شُعْبَةٌ مِنَ الإِيمَانِ
Hadith 3:
“None of you truly believes until he loves for his brother what he loves for himself,”

لَا يُؤْمِنُ أَحَدُكُمْ حَتَّى يُحِبَّ لِأَخِيهِ مَا يُحِبُّ لِنَفْسِهِ
Hadith 4:
“Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day should speak good or remain silent,”

مَنْ كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الآخِرِ فَلْيَقُلْ خَيْرًا أَوْ لِيَصْمُتْ
Hadith 5:
Islam is built upon five pillars.
Hadith 6:
The best among you are those who have the best manners and character.

إِنَّ مِنْ أَخْيَرِكُمْ أَحْسَنَكُمْ خُلُقًا ”.
Hadith 7:
Abdullah ibn Amar reported: The Messenger of Allah Hazrat Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said, “Verily, the faith of one of you will wear out within him, just as a shirt becomes worn out, so ask Allah to renew faith in your hearts.”

عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ
”إِنَّ الإِيمَانَ لَيَخْلَقُ فِي جَوْفِ أَحَدِكُمْ كَمَا يَخْلَقُ الثَّوْبُ الخَلَقُ فَسَلُوا اللهَ أَنْ يُجَدِّدَ الإِيمَانَ فِي قُلُوبِكُمْ”
Hadith 8:
Modesty is part of faith

Hadith 9:
the most beloved deeds to Allah are those done consistently, even if they are small

To renew your faith

The heaviest thing on the scale is good character

Hadith 13:
“The best of you is he who is best to his family,

Hadith 14:
A believer is gentle and kind

المُؤْمِنُ رَفِيقٌ وَلَطِيفٌ
Hadith 15:
Kindness is not found in anything except that it beautifies it

إِنَّ الرِّفْقَ لَا يَكُونُ فِي شَيْءٍ إِلَّا زَانَهُ
Hadith 16:
Allah is gentle and loves gentleness

إِنَّ اللَّهَ رَفِيقٌ يُحِبُّ الرِّفْقَ فِي الأَمْرِ كُلِّهِ
Hadith 17:
Smiling at your brother is charity

تَبَسُّمُكَ فِي وَجْهِ أَخِيكَ لَكَ صَدَقَةٌ
Hadith 18:
Do not belittle any good deed, even meeting your brother with a cheerful face

لَا تَحْقِرَنَّ مِنَ الْمَعْرُوفِ شَيْئًا، وَلَوْ أَنْ تَلْقَى أَخَاكَ بِوَجْهٍ طَلْقٍ
Hadith 19:
A true believer is not involved in taunting, or frequently cursing (others) or in indecency or abusing.”

ليس المؤمن بالطعان، ولا اللعان، ولا الفاحش، ولا البذي
Hadith 20:
The most beloved to me are those with the best manners

أَحَبُّكُمْ إِلَيَّ أَحْسَنُكُمْ أَخْلَاقًا
Hadith 21:
Patience is illumination
Source: Sahih Muslim 223
الصَّبْرُ ضِيَاءٌ
Hadith 22:
No fatigue, nor disease, nor sorrow, nor sadness, nor hurt, nor distress befalls a Muslim, even if it were the prick he receives from a thorn, but that Allah expiates some of his sins for that.”

مَا يُصِيبُ الْمُسْلِمَ مِنْ نَصَبٍ وَلَا وَصَبٍ وَلَا هَمٍّ وَلَا حُزْنٍ وَلَا أَذًى وَلَا غَمٍّ حَتَّى الشَّوْكَةِ يُشَاكُهَا إِلَّا كَفَّرَ اللهُ بِهَا مِنْ خَطَايَاهُ
Hadith 23:
How amazing is the affair of the believer, for all his affairs are good

عَجَبًا لِأَمْرِ الْمُؤْمِنِ، إِنَّ أَمْرَهُ كُلَّهُ خَيْرٌ
Hadith 24:
The greatest reward comes with the greatest trial

إن عظم الجزاء مع عظم البلاء، وإن الله إذا أحب قوما ابتلاهم، فمن رضي فله الرضا، ومن سخط فله السخط“
Hadith 25:
Whoever remains patient, Allah will make him patient

وَمَنْ يَتَصَبَّرْ يُصَبِّرْهُ اللَّهُ
Hadith 26:
Allah is with the patient

إن الله مع الصابرين
Hadith 27:
Paradise is surrounded by hardships, and the Hell-Fire is surrounded by desires

حُفَّتِ الْجَنَّةُ بِالْمَكَارِهِ، وَحُفَّتِ النَّارُ بِالشَّهَوَاتِ
Hadith 28:
When Allah loves a people, He tests them

إِنَّ اللَّهَ إِذَا أَحَبَّ قَوْمًا ابْتَلاَهُمْ
Hadith 29:
No calamity befalls except by Allah’s permission
Source: Surah At-Taghabun (64:11)
مَآ أَصَابَ مِن مُّصِيبَةٍ إِلَّا بِإِذۡنِ ٱللَّهِۗ وَمَن يُؤۡمِنۢ بِٱللَّهِ يَهۡدِ قَلۡبَهُۥۚ وَٱللَّهُ بِكُلِّ شَيۡءٍ عَلِيمٞ
Hadith 30:
Patience at the first strike is best

إِنَّمَا الصَّبْرُ عِنْدَ الصَّدْمَةِ الأُولَى
Hadith 31:
Those who are merciful will be shown mercy by the Most Merciful

الرَّاحِمُونَ يَرْحَمُهُمْ الرَّحْمَنُ
Hadith 32:
Allah is more merciful to His servants than a mother to her child

لَلَّهُ أَرْحَمُ بِعِبَادِهِ مِنْ هَذِهِ بِوَلَدِهَا
Hadith 33:
Show mercy to those on earth

ارْحَمُوا مَنْ فِي الْأَرْضِ يَرْحَمْكُمْ مَنْ فِي السَّمَاءِ
Hadith 34:
He is not one of us who does not show mercy to our young ones and respect our old ones

لَيْسَ مِنَّا مَنْ لَمْ يَرْحَمْ صَغِيرَنَا وَيُوَقِّرْ كَبِيرَنَا
Hadith 35:
O ‘Aisha, verily Allah is gentle and He loves gentleness (Rifq) in all matter

يَا عَائِشَةُ، إِنَّ اللَّهَ رَفِيقٌ يُحِبُّ الرِّفْقَ فِي الْأَمْرِ كُلِّهِ
Hadith 36:
A kind word is charity (or “A good word is charity”)

وَالْكَلِمَةُ الطَّيِّبَةُ صَدَقَةٌ
Hadith 37:
Removing harm from the road is charity

.وَتُمِيطُ الأَذَى عَنِ الطَّرِيقِ صَدَقَةٌ
Hadith 38:
Whoever relieves a believer’s hardship, Allah will relieve his

مَنْ نَفَّسَ عَنْ مُؤْمِنٍ كُرْبَةً مِنْ كُرَبِ الدُّنْيَا، نَفَّسَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ كُرْبَةً مِنْ كُرَبِ يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ
Hadith 39:
Mercy is taken away only from him who is miserable (shaqiy)

لاَ تُنْزَعُ الرَّحْمَةُ إِلاَّ مِنْ شَقِيٍّ
Hadith 40:
Allah will not be merciful to those who are not merciful to mankind

لَا يَرْحَمُ اللَّهُ مَنْ لَا يَرْحَمُ النَّاسَ
Hadith 41:
Dua is worship

الدُّعَاءُ هُوَ الْعِبَادَةُ
Hadith 42:
Call upon Allah while being certain of being answered

ادْعُوا اللَّهَ وَأَنْتُمْ مُوقِنُونَ بِالإِجَابَةِ
Hadith 43:
Verily, Allah is Shy and Generous. When a man raises his hands to Him, He feels shy to return them empty and disappointed

إِنَّ اللَّهَ حَيِيٌّ كَرِيمٌ يَسْتَحْيِي إِذَا رَفَعَ الرَّجُلُ إِلَيْهِ يَدَيْهِ أَنْ يَرُدَّهُمَا صِفْرًا خَائِبَتَيْنِ
Hadith 44:
The closest a servant is to Allah is during prostration (sujood)

أَقْرَبُ مَا يَكُونُ الْعَبْدُ مِنْ رَبِّهِ وَهُوَ سَاجِدٌ، فَأَكْثِرُوا الدُّعَاءَ
Hadith 45:
I am just as My slave thinks I am, and I am with him if He remembers Me.

أَنَا عِنْدَ ظَنِّ عَبْدِي بِي، وَأَنَا مَعَهُ إِذَا ذَكَرَنِي
Hadith 46:
O Allah, there is no ease except in what You make easy, and if You wish, You can make the difficulty easy.

اللَّهُمَّ لاَ سَهْلَ إِلاَّ مَا جَعَلْتَهُ سَهْلاً وَأَنْتَ تَجْعَلُ الحَزْنَ إِذَا شِئْتَ سَهْلاً
Hadith 47:
The supplication made between the Adhan and Iqamah is not rejected

عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الدُّعَاءُ لَا يُرَدُّ بَيْنَ الْأَذَانِ وَالْإِقَامَةِ
Hadith 48:
Indeed, to Allah we belong and to Him we shall return. O Allah, reward me for my affliction and replace it for me with something better.

إِنَّا لِلَّهِ وَإِنَّا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُونَ، اللَّهُمَّ أْجُرْنِي فِي مُصِيبَتِي وَأَخْلِفْ لِي خَيْرًا مِنْهَا
Hadith 49:
There is nothing more honorable with Allah [Most High] than supplication.

لَيْسَ شَيْءٌ أَكْرَمَ عَلَى اللَّهِ تَعَالَى مِنَ الدُّعَاءِ
Hadith 50:
Indeed, my Lord is near and responsive

إِنَّ رَبِّي قَرِيبٌ مُّجِيبٌ
Hadith 51:
To live in this world as a traveler

كُنْ فِي الدُّنْيَا كَأَنَّكَ غَرِيبٌ، أَوْ عَابِرُ سَبِيلٍ
Hadith 52:
The world is a prison for the believer and a paradise for the disbeliever

الدُّنْيَا سِجْنُ الْمُؤْمِنِ وَجَنَّةُ الْكَافِرِ
Hadith 53:
Richness is richness of the soul

لَيْسَ الْغِنَى عَنْ كَثْرَةِ الْعَرَضِ، وَلَكِنَّ الْغِنَى غِنَى النَّفْسِ
Hadith 54:
The wise person is the one who subdues his ˹lower desires˺ and strives toward what is after death. And the weak-˹minded˺ person (a fool) is the one who follows his desires yet holds hope in ˹a reward˺ Allah.

الْكَيِّسُ مَنْ دَانَ نَفْسَهُ وَعَمِلَ لِمَا بَعْدَ الْمَوْتِ، وَالْعَاجِزُ مَنْ أَتْبَعَ نَفْسَهُ هَوَاهَا وَتَمَنَّى عَلَى اللَّهِ
Hadith 55:
Do not envy one another; do not inflate prices by outbidding one another; do not hate one another; do not turn your backs on one another

لَا تَحَاسَدُوا، وَلَا تَنَاجَشُوا، وَلَا تَبَاغَضُوا، وَلَا تَدَابَرُوا
Hadith 56:
Part of the perfection of one’s Islam is his leaving that which does not concern him

عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنْ حُسْنِ إِسْلَامِ الْمَرْءِ تَرْكُهُ مَا لَا يَعْنِيهِ
Hadith 57:
The best provision is piety

وَتَزَوَّدُوا فَإِنَّ خَيْرَ الزَّادِ التَّقْوَى
Hadith 58:
Love your beloved moderately, perhaps he becomes hated to you someday. And hate whom you hate moderately, perhaps he becomes your beloved someday

أَحْبِبْ حَبِيبَكَ هَوْنًا مَا عَسَى أَنْ يَكُونَ بَغِيضَكَ يَوْمًا مَا وَأَبْغِضْ بَغِيضَكَ هَوْنًا مَا عَسَى أَنْ يَكُونَ حَبِيبَكَ يَوْمًا مَا
Hadith 59:
Seek knowledge from the cradle to the grave

اطلبوا العلم من المهد إلى اللحد
Hadith 60:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said: “O son of Adam, is there anything as your belonging except that which you consumed, which you utilised, or which you wore and then it was worn out, or you gave as charity and sent it forward?” And the rest will be gone, leaving it for other people

يَقُولُ ابْنُ آدَمَ مَالِي مَالِي – قَالَ – وَهَلْ لَكَ يَا ابْنَ آدَمَ مِنْ مَالِكَ إِلاَّ مَا أَكَلْتَ فَأَفْنَيْتَ أَوْ لَبِسْتَ فَأَبْلَيْتَ أَوْ تَصَدَّقْتَ فَأَمْضَيْتَ
Hadith 61:
The strong believer is better than the weak believer

الْمُؤْمِنُ الْقَوِيُّ خَيْرٌ وَأَحَبُّ إِلَى اللهِ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِ الضَّعِيفِ
Hadith 62:
Make things easy, not difficult

يَسِّرُوا وَلاَ تُعَسِّرُوا
Hadith 63:
O people! Indeed, Allah is pure; He only accepts pure.

أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ! إِنَّ اللهَ طَيِّبٌ لَا يَقْبَلُ إِلَّا طَيِّبًا
Hadith 64:
The best charity is given secretly

خَيْرُ الصَّدَقَةِ مَا كَانَ سِرًّا
Hadith 65:
Fear Allah wherever you are, follow a bad deed with a good deed and it will erase it, and behave with good character towards people.

اتَّقِ اللَّهَ حَيْثُمَا كُنْتَ، وَأَتْبِعِ السَّيِّئَةَ الْحَسَنَةَ تَمْحُهَا، وَخَالِقِ النَّاسَ بِخُلُقٍ حَسَنٍ
Hadith 66:
Modesty brings nothing but good

الْحَيَاءُ لَا يَأْتِي إِلَّا بِخَيْرٍ
Hadith 67:
Believer is not stung twice from the same hole.

Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day, let him honor his guest

The best of deeds is prayer on time

Cleanliness is half of faith

Give gifts and you will love one another

Hadith 75:
Remember Allah often

Lower your gaze

Hadith 77:
Help your brother, whether he is an oppressor or he is an oppressed one

انْصُرْ أَخَاكَ ظَالِمًا أَوْ مَظْلُومًا
Hadith 78:
Allah is Beautiful and loves beauty

إِنَّ اللهَ جَمِيلٌ يُحِبُّ الْجَمَالَ
Hadith 79:
Seek forgiveness often

أَكْثِرُوا مِنَ الِاسْتِغْفَارِ
Hadith 80:
Richness is not having many possessions, but richness is being content with oneself (the soul).

The tongue is the interpreter of the heart
